Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are very happy with your TAIKKA bag, however if you are not, then we accept refunds and exchanges (with the exception of Gift Cards & Sale items).
Our returns policy is 21 days of receipt of your bag. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your bag must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
If you would like to either return or exchange your bag, then please send us an email on email@example.com with your order number and the reason and we will advise you of a returns/exchange number. Please complete the Return/Exchange section on the despatch note and include it when you return the bag. Please remember that in the event of a return/exchange, your bag should be packaged appropriately to ensure that it is not damaged in the post. The responsibility of the bag remains with you until we are in receipt of it. Postage charges for returns and exchanges are not covered by TAIKKA, unless the bag is faulty. We recommend you that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, which is available free of charge from any UK Post Office.
We accept returns and exchanges only for bags that have been purchased from www.taikka.com.
